• All shipping is provided by Royal Mail. Shipping is based on weight and you will be charged the correct amount of shipping based on the weight of your order, Shopify will calculate this for you.​ 
• For UK orders we offer Tracked 24 and Tracked 48, however due to the ongoing disputes within Royal Mail we cannot guarantee this. Please be aware that once your item is shipped we are not responsible to what may happen to it. If any problems do occur or your item doesn't arrive please email us and Royal Mail.

We currently ship worldwide to the EU, North America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.

• For International orders we used International Tracked which is 2-17 days. Shipping is based on weight and you will be charged the correct amount of shipping based on the weight of your order. Please be aware that once your item is shipped we are not responsible to what may happen to it. If any problems do occur or your item doesn't arrive please email us and Royal Mail.

• Customs are not included within the shipping price. Please see our US shipping update for news about tariffs.

EU shipping is now live again as of our September 2025 shop opening. We will be shipping to all EU countries, however if you don't see your country on our list, please get in touch so we can add the correct shipping fee!

As of the 29th of August 2025, $800 de minimis exception was removed in the US. Therefore you now have to pay a 10% tariff on all items made and shipped from the UK.

To help combat this, all orders under $800 will have their custom fee paid by Haus Dahlia, however our standard shipping fee still applies.

If your order is over $800 we will issue a separate invoice with the custom fee and waiver your shipping fee. For September orders, we will send that invoice 2 weeks before the item is due to ship, to allow our courier Royal Mail to catch up with supporting custom fees for orders over $800.

We also suggest you split your order into two if it comes to be above $800, this will work out cheaper!
