Have a question about how to order? About sizing? Or production? Well we have you covered... hopefully!
Instead of the shop being permanently open and available to buy 24/7. Haus Dahlia will only be open for a 1 week period around the beginning of each month.
For the rest of the month the store will be in browse only mode, while we are making the months current orders.
You can only order during the opening period. However we take bridal/custom requests at anytime.
You can find when we open the store for orders through 3 ways:

- Signing up to our newsletter
- Haus Dahlia's Instagram page
We recommend signing up for our newsletter, we don't spam, just send out the important details!
We aim to make all orders placed during the shop opening within 6 weeks.
If you need your piece by a certain date we recommend getting in touch before purchasing. Please not there may be a rush order fee depending on your order/event date.
If there are any delays from fabric suppliers you'll be emailed regarding that.*
Made to order simply means we never intentionally hold stock. We only make pieces when orders are made to stop any unnecessary stock. We may have the odd sample ready to ship every now and again.
We offer sizes from XS to 4XL (with more plus sizes coming in 2025), but we also offer FREE made to measure. We believe that because every body is unique, clothes should be tailored to that uniqueness.
